Pacific Sunshine recipe

A delicious recipe for Pacific Sunshine, with tequila, Blue Curacao liqueur, sweet and sour mix and bitters.

Serve in: Hurricane Glass

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 dash bitters


Method: Mix with cracked ice and pour, with ice, into a chilled parfait or hurricane glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
