Mad Scientist #2 recipe

A delicious recipe for Mad Scientist #2, with Midori® melon liqueur, sweet and sour mix, soda water and 151 proof rum.

Serve in: Cocktail Glass

Ingredients: 1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 splash soda water
151 proof rum

Method: Mix melon liqueur, sour mix, and soda water with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with rum and carefully ignite.

Extinguish before serving.
