A delicious recipe for Absent Friend, with gin, grenadine syrup, whipping cream and egg.

Serve in: Cordial Glass

Ingredients: 1 msr gin
1/3 msr grenadine syrup
1/3 msr whipping cream
1/2 msr egg white


Method: Shake well and strain into a cordial glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
